GPSK Movie Review:

Balakrishna shined as the ruthless emperor going a humanitarian transformation and this is his best acting in recent times, if not in his entire career. Nandamuri Balakrishna’s hard work can also be seen on screen as he portrayed the role of Gautamiputra Satakarni with a lot of dedication mixing up his own antics.

Krish Jagarlamudi has been saying that this is his dream project and we can see the amount of hard work put into the film in the set pieces and fight sequences. Though a lot of VFX work can be easily identified, there were a lot of big set pieces in the movie. This historical action film is the 100th film of Nandamuri Balakrishna and expectations are sky high. It’s another historical drama after Bahubali with very low budget and low production time compared.

The music of Gautamiputra Satakarni composed by music director Chirantan Bhatt is grand as the film promises to be. As Telugu people always loved the concept of Historical movies, the movie is getting a lot of applause from the audience. Gautamiputra Satakarni Telugu movie rating is going awesome. Theatrical trailer of this film got a marvellous response from the audience and had total more than 70 lakhs views on youtube.

Verdict :-

With Kanche, Krish broke many paths and gave Telugu cinema a new direction. He continues his astonishing work by narrating a hard hitting and entertaining story of an unsung hero in a thumping manner. Films like these come very rarely and icing on the cake is the presence of Balakrishna who single-handedly dominates the film with his towering performance. Superb dialogues, well-executed war scenes, and grand visuals make this historical extravaganza a must watch for every Telugu film lover.

Gautamiputra Satakarni Movie Rating: 3.5/5

This Gautamiputra Satakarni is one such film, that make every one feel proud. From brilliant performances of actors to stunning visuals to amazing VFX, this film will definitely take the Telugu Cinema to the next level. The director has succeeded in presenting the epic periodic drama on screen without any nodus. No other director used Sai Madhav Burra’s talent like him and coming days are going to be very busy for Sai Madhav. Gauthamiputra Satakarni is an epic and glorifying tale of a less celebrated king which has many moments to give goosebumps to audience.

Sankranthi garnered good hype among the audience due to the cash of top league actors, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna. While, Chiranjeevi tore the opening day records in many areas with Khaidi No 150, it is time for Balakrishna to show his stamina at the box office.
